The personnel was great - we had some questions about everything and they helped us with them. Location: the hotel was just next door to a pretty lagoon, river, jungle and ocean beach, and which is great. It also was to the air strip gated area.

The bungalow amenities were great - a fridge, coffee/tea makers, and a cozy seating area. 😊 the location was breathtaking, plus they had free on-site parking available.
